WHAT are your reasons to come in the specified country

. To get descriptions of camps. At first it is necessary to choose a country - depending on interest and knowledge of foreign language (English is in all projects, other languages determine the country of project), and also with the dates of travel.

Then, to choose in the order of priority 3-6 camps (there is no a guarantee, that at the moment of your personal application, there will be place in the first camp, in such case if there will not be available place in the first camp, we will check in the following one). Thus, the camps must be in one country and there have to be not less as 2-3 camps from one host organization.

You are considered to be registered, after you had given to the coordinator of voluntary exchange:

• filled and signed APPLICATION. It is necessary to have passport to fill in the application, as this information will be put down for application;
• approved “Program participation conditions”;
• first page passport copy;
• 1 photo;
• Motivation Letter for some camps.

And also after you had paid the payment in support of the program.

5. During 5 working days host organization confirm the volunteer on one of the selected by him projects. When will we get confirmation, we let you know, that you are accepted in a camp

6. Then, depending on a country, expect 2-4 weeks, while they send documents, which are necessary for opening visas.

7. Approximately one month after put in an application volunteer will be get documents, which are needed for opening visa and departure on a project.
