ICJA

ICJA organizes volunteer exchange programmes all over the world and has many experiences in working with young volunteers from different countries. ICJA is an independent, registered association recognised by the German government. Their aim is to facilitate respectful and open interaction between people from different cultures. Since 2013 YAP-CFD is a part of ICJA but still organize international work camps in Germany. Their aim is to help young people to get to know different cultures and social systems through first-hand experience so that they can reflect on their own cultural ideas and communicate with others about cultural norms and differences.
